Where we deliver

We deliver primarily throughout the United Kingdom and Europe.
Shipping charges outside of the UK will be calculated at check out.
EU address (approx. 3 – 12 working days)* may take longer depending on the location/busier time period. We are not responsible for courier timescale as EU courier services are out of our control. Due to Brexit, we are no longer able to send liquid over 16oz to the EU. EU Shipping will be calculated at check out.

Delivery services

Deliveries of parcels and pallets will normally take 2-3 working days for processing and dispatch (mainland, UK 9 am – 7 pm), but we ask for a 3-5 working day time frame as courier service can some time run late. In the unlikely event if you do not receive your orders within the 5 working days time frame set, please get in touch with us immediately.

There will be no refund for shipping charges if parcels are delivered late by 3rd party courier.

We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, delays with any third-party courier and local authorities.

For orders made outside of the UK, delivery times vary from country to country.

Larger deliveries may require a signature to confirm receipt. If a signature cannot be obtained, the carrier may ask a neighbour to sign for the delivery.

When placing your order online, you may specify a different delivery address to your invoice address if that is more convenient for you.

Orders weighing under 30kgs are sent by parcel service.

Larger orders will be palletised due to size and weight such as ordering tables, receptions, pedicure spa chairs, and Palletised items will be clearly labelled on each product description’s delivery tab.

All delivery time frames are approximate and subject to availability. The precise timing of a delivery cannot be specified.

Returns procedure

We hope you are satisfied with the products you have purchased, but we also know that, for one reason or another, there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you have brought.

If you change your mind, we accept returns as long as the following conditions are met:

1. You contact us within 14 days starting with the day after the delivery date along with your proof of purchase.

2. Unwanted products must be returned in its original packaging, be in as new condition and not used.

3. It is your responsibility to ensure that your return items are in the appropriate protective packaging.

4. Products given free as part of a promotional offer cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the full offer is returned.

If you have received a damaged or faulty product from us, you can return it for a repair, replacement or refund. Simply, contact us, and we will advise you accordingly. Faulty products returned for testing may take up to 28 days.

If your product’s fault occurs within its guarantee period of normally 12 months from delivery, we will offer you a prompt repair service. In all cases, we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault.

Personalized products, polishes, gel, and liquid substances

We regret that we cannot offer an exchanged or refund on personalized, perishable goods or liquid substances for hygiene and safety reasons unless they are faulty. This includes nail polishes, gels, acetone, alcohol, lotions and foot spas and equipment.

After-sale repair service

 

Products such as nail file machine headpieces in need of service after many usages may be given into one of our branches for repair. Please allow 5-10 working days for basic repair.

Please note – our policy to replace faultily or refund faulty products does not apply to faults or damages caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. We recommend you keep your order number and details of the purchase in case of any queries.
