Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We aim to provide high-quality nail supplies and excellent service. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Your Right to Return & Cancel

You may cancel your order and request a refund within 14 days of delivery if the products are unused, unopened and in their original condition. To qualify, you must:

1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your proof of purchase (order number/receipt).

2. Return the items in original packaging and unused condition.

3. Arrange and pay for return shipping unless the return is due to a fault or incorrect item.


2. Unwanted Items (Change of Mind)

If you simply change your mind about a purchase:

  • You can return items that are unopened and unused within 14 days of delivery.
  • You are responsible for return postage and ensuring items are properly packed.
  • Once received and inspected, refunds for unopened items will be processed less any original shipping cost.

3. Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
  • Provide your order number and photos of the issue.
  • We will offer a replacement or refund once approved.
  • For approved faulty returns, we will refund your return postage, when the product is returned to shop.

4. Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty:

  • Nail polishes, gels, liquids and other sealed consumables once opened.
  • Personal or customised items.
  • Sale or promotional items.

5. How to Return an Item

To return a product:

  2. We will send return instructions and the return address.
  3. Do not return items without prior approval — unauthorised returns may be rejected.
  4. Use a trackable shipping method and retain proof of postage.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We will notify you of approval or rejection via email.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–21 business days.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (faulty/incorrect item).

7. Restocking & Fees

  • No restocking fee for approved faulty or incorrect returns.
  • For returns due to change of mind, original shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • Return postage is at the customer’s expense unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.

8. Order Cancellation before Shipping

If your order has not yet been shipped, you may cancel at any time before dispatch for a full refund. Please contact us immediately to cancel.
